I think her hair is curly, when Miley's hair is curly its like curly in a way you couldn't possibly artifically curl your hair. Look at some of the early episodes of HM, the way its I don't think you could curl your hair like that, Miley's hair is naturally like that I think. idk, she says she straightens it everyday.

Yeah i just remembered if you watch the best of both worlds dvd and you see when she is rehearsing, the part were she wears grey sweats and a purple shirt her hair is like the early hm episodes so i'm guessing its like mine were it is straight when wet but when fully dry very curly, not that many people have hair that stays straight for a while if its curly.

Also i love that eEmily and her are hanging out, it show they are friends on and off screen and that is good to let people know.

Miley probably got it chemically straighten, it lasts for a while and she won;t have to straighten everyday. the interview that Miley said she straightens her naturally curly hair everyday because she hates it was nearly a year ago.
