Lol 2 days ago I went to rent a movie and when I saw the BOBW movie in the shelf I almost freaked out, even though I already watched it a few times it'll never get old, but I didn't rent it, cause when I got home I saw it on Pay Per View, it was cheaper than renting a movie that wasn't in the PPV.
But on the renting store it had the bonus feature which is the Ultimate Personal Tour that I haven't seen it yet in a good quality so I was like... :|

Anyways.. I'm pretty sure it's Mandy but it could be someone from the family too... :33:

I watched the DVD last night, the GNO part, just to see it, because my inappropriate buddy who makes those videos said it was the lips. I think it was just the angle.:P Still cute though. Then at the end of the Today show, one girl hugs Miley, and then another, but Miley has to crouch because she's so tall. It's really adorable. You can tell that all her backup dancers adore her.:D

I'd definitely say Mandy has the other half.

There's enough Miley to go around.:P I think they're all really close friends, but if best means only one, I'd say Mandy is it for Miley. As of right now.
