because youre only paying for tickets to get in which are about $75 normally depending on which type of tickets you ewre to get but thats the normal price
plus its charity so most charity things are always expensive
youre only paying for your ticket, plus parking but its like 10 bucks
and then you get to see miley perform and more which is pretty much going tof ill out the rest of the $250 :P

but yeah its open to anyone id assume
as long as you can get there and have tickets

guys you will be part of a private concert.. its like 5,000 fans.
for 250 bucks you get to see miley, see her perform and everything else thats gonna be there and theres gonna be famous people walking at your side lol seriously that park is gonna be fullfilled with famous people... plus all the rides and just everything.
