Don't trust oceanup, a lot of the stuff they post isn't real, or it's just rumors.
There are lots of stars that have phone numbers that you can call to leave them a message, but I highly doubt you'd actually get to talk to Selena.

its kind of like if you were to check messages in your voicemail except its open to everyone for her to see, shes just leaving messages on that number

A lot of stars have these fanlines. Like Demi Lovato and The Jonas Brothers...[i have selena, jb, and demi saved to my phone book :P]
She left on her myspace that she can sometimes call you back and talk to you personally. I'm not sure what the odds are [a lot probably] but it will probably never happen [unless you're lucky enough to actually get one].
