It looks like they're aging the character, to fit the actors ages as the first episode involves Miley learning to drive which a 14 year old can't do.

The taping was a lot of fun. Billy the warm-up guy keeps you entertained between scenes with trivia contests, a raffle, music, contests. About 7:30 we were fed pizza. Emily, Jason, and Moises came up to the audience and answered questions. Jason brought his new English Sheepdog puppy and let some of the kids pet him. Jason is really cool - he has a calm, zen vibe to him. They tape half the episode on Thursday and half on Friday in front of an audience. They play back the scenes they shot on Thursday so that you see the whole episode. Rob Reiner was in it, but his scene was shot on Thursday. It seems like they shoot scenes that require extra time or have special make-up requirements on Thursdays. They had shot Hannah scenes on Thursday. Miley came up to say goodnight after her scenes were done because she was leaving early and would miss curtain call.
I hope to be able to go again.

No autographs. I asked but if they let one person get an autograph they feel like then everyone has to and Miley doesn't have the time to do that.
But the cool thing is that on the way out the door there is a meet and greet - if you want you can get your picture taken with cast members - Friday night Emily, Mitchell, Jason, and Moises all were there on a little make-shift set with two director chairs set up for you to sit in. If you didn't bring a camera they will take a picture for you and email it.

It will be nice to see Paulina again. She was pretty big for a while as a model, but never quite made it as an actress.

Wow, Rob Reiner. It's amazing the guest stars they get for this show. If anyone gets VH1 Classics, they often replay his classic send up of the rock star lifestyle in "This is Spinal Tap". Older fans here might like it if they haven't seen it already.

Btw, the title of this episode sounds remarkably similar to the TMZ rumor.
