Yeah, those were the popular shows before Hannah Montana came. And the new popular show will have to end soon...and I'm gonna miss it as much as I missed That's So Raven! :o <---Don't judge me people, I really did miss it! LOL!

Disney channel is going to be so screwed once HM is over. I hope they go for one more season. I want it to go out on top, and I think she does too. Three full seasons seems just right.

This was a statement that disney released after Miley said that:
“Miley said it best when she said she’s delighted to be part of the Disney family; we start production on the third season of ‘Hannah Montana’ on August 4 and have an option for a fourth season beyond that,” Disney said in a statement. “We look forward to the ‘Hannah Montana’ feature film coming to a theatre near you in Spring 2009.”

if its up to disney, I have a feeling we'll be seeing a 4th season. It depends on wheather its up to disney or its up to the actors.
IDK, if the 3rd season is as long as the 2nd season then I think just having three seasons will be fine.

Even though i totally love the show "Hannah Montana" It is getting kinda old. I mean how long can you keep a secret for. There has been like 3 episdoes where people have almost found out she's hannah, how many more can they do?? At the end of the season (whenever that will be) they should say miley tells everyone that she's hannah. But that's just my opinion.

IDK, if you read disneys statement about this it doesn't seem like Miley and disney are on the same page, lol. it doesn't seem like Miley's people are on the same page as Miley etheir, lol.

Disney saying they have an option for a fourth season doesn't mean that much, quite a lot ot networks have options for more seasons but they don't always use them. It all depends on ratings and on the main stars as well, Disney is just keeping their options open just like Miley, she didn't actually completely rule out a fourth season. It's probably something that will be decided by both Disney and Miley during the next year.

Disney's statement is just a general press release, it doesn't exactly show what's going on behind the scenes.

well the way i've been looking at it, I think if disney has an option for a fourth season, they're taking it. JONAS and welcome to mollywood aren't premiring until past the time when disney typically renews their shows. because of the short shealf life of boybands no one has any idea how successful JONAS will be, I almost feel as if its going to come a year to late. Welcome to Mollywood is a total unknown. I think disney's going to have so many question marks that if they can bring Hannah Montana back for that fourth season, they're going to do it. Thats just the way I think its going to work out.
anyways a lot can change between now and march, Miley may feel differently. Shes had a rough few months which make be playing apart in her line of thinking.

I wouldn't look at the other shows too much for that. Disney didn't want Lizzie McGuire to end either but with things like Hilary Duff not getting along with Lalaine and financial disputes killed the show. You can never know what happens, the success and continuation of one show doesn't depend on other shows that much. Usually networks seem to look at shows on their own and sometimes there aren't even business decissions involved. Like when the WB and UPN became the CW shows made it because the big shots had some of the shows as their personal favourites, not because of the ratings.

Whether or not a TV show will be renewed is just hard to predict, it depends on too many factors. It would be pretty hard for Mollywood and JONAS to become just as successful though, not that they are bad shows but once a benchmark has been set (by Hannah Montana in this case) it's hard to beat that. Disney knows that though, every TV network knows that.

I realize neither one will probably have HM's success but I think without one of them at least being some what successful disney's looking at losing being the number one network to Nick onces Miley leaves. IDK, pay Miley's not going to be a problem, it never has been because as they've even said they have no choice but to pay her what she wants. I would think network, espeically kid networks look at their other programs, just because disney's always trying to compete with Nick.

Wow your right i never thought of it that way, it'll be as though she was never here. Well maybe not that dramatic but pretty close.

even if they only do one more season, they will still have new episodes to air for like a year after that. it takes so long after an episode films for it to finally air. it was torture for me waiting for debt it be to air ;) haha. and if they decided to do another season after the third, she'd be about 17. at that age she'll probably be considering having a more serious career as Miley Cyrus rather than the Hannah Montana that's basically her life right now. she can't be Hannah forever.

i hope hannah montana never ends but miley cant stay hannah montana till shes like 18/19 i hope they do a 4th season but they might not as the show is so old miley started hannah montana when she was 11 and in november she will be 16 she has been doing the show for about 5 year nearly now i think once miley doesnt do the show anny more more people will start calling her miley cyrus they will recoignise her as miley not hannah montana :P
