So I know Miley drew a heart on Billy Ray's hand and he got it tattoo'd but I was looking at paparazzi pictures are saw this(look at Tish's hand):

lol, did Miley draw a heart tattoo on her mom too? btw yes its definately a tattoo becuase I've seen it in a bunch of pics from various days, always in the same spot.

Me and my two best friends' always draw a heart on each others there, right on that spot... I'm the only one who knows of Miley's existence and even I didn't know her mom or dad had a tattoo on their hands... cool ^.^

I've been thinking of getting it tattooed a long time, but I'm not allowed until I'm 18... (which actually is in one month... lol I'm old!)

I'm pretty sure it doesn't hurt to tattoo your hand. At least not there... I know it hurts to tattoo the inside of your wrist and your neck, though. I've had friends doing that and they said: "Never again!" and "Don't do it, it's not worth it" :P
