Anyone know when Disney plans on airing the concert without that garbage?

It's doubly annoying when you already have to wear glasses, and awkwardly kind of fit a pair of 3D glasses over your existing glasses.

I didn't really like watching it in 3D, at least not for the maybe five minutes I was able to watch! The satellite went out because of some stupid storm. Of course. It couldn't wait until a night when nothing good was on anyway!? End of rant. Anyway, I'd rather just buy the DVD and get to watch the 2D version

They wont' ever, they'll release the DVD as "3D" as well which is totally lame if you ask me.
It's nice that they did a movie concert, but still...it really annoys me.

the movie was very HQ on stars oh and remember 2morrow u can watch it in 3-d on stars on demand

the glasses were sold out for me and my dad didnt want to drive 100 mileys to the 2nd closest walmart to get them
it sucks
and the ones from the movie didnt work
and then they said tv guide was selling them in their new issue with miley on the cover but those were sold out here too..

it bothers me that people i know on here bought like 10 pairs of glasses and probably didnt use them all, thast why people like me didnt get them
its too bad theres not such a thing where its opitional 2d and 3d :P

but mike said tomorrow is a 2d version of it..

and the dvd is going to be 3d, but it comes with 4 pairs of glasses which is good i guess

i hated those glasses.
and, the movie was really LQ anyways.
they were like...super small on my face.
and, they gave me a headache, so half way through it, i ended up taking them off and watching it without them(:
it was easier.
evern though it was all...funny looking.

Not really interested in the DVD release... if I'm going to have to wait til it's released on a home format, I want to see it in full high definition!

the concert is on disney channel where i live in Nz on the 2nd of August and straight after that it plays again in 2-D aka Normal lol :P
which is good coz im only gonna watch the normal one
coz i hate 3-D stuff it hurts my eyes and gives me a headack lolz ;)

well i know that when they played the 3D movie in Australia they played the 3D one first then straight after it played one were you didn't need the glasses but my 3D glasses from when it was in cinemas worked heaps.

It depends on your tv...cuz I watched it on my HQ big, plasma-like TV, and the 3d was soooo amazing! But then when it played again, i watched it on my smaller TV in my room and the 3d like, didnt work at all. It all depends on the TV you watch it on, unfortunately. :(

The glasses were free.

I found it weird how every second the lil sign that told you to put them on, kept saying ON then OFF then ON then OFF again all in like 2 mins hahaha.
The dvd itself is suppose to come with two dvds one 3-d and 2-d with 4 pairs of glasses and extended performances so yeah :P

Oh and yeah, the 2-d is suppose to air tonight. the 3-d one was a " one night only " thing until the dvd comes out

You're so right Hannah Fan...watched it on the plasma first...was amazing. Watched it again on smaller tv...sucked. Couldn't even tell it was 3D.

Here's my question...anyone read anywhere WHICH 3d glasses the blue ray disc will come with? If it's the cardboard ones...to heck with it. But, if they come with the ones like in the theater...HECK YEAH!!

^^ Grrr...was soooo excited to get it on BluRay. But, like others have complained...the cardboard changed the colors...even on our HD Plasma 50". Colors were all distorted. Drat. Whereas, in the theater...Aaaflippinmazing!

I saw this last night. I didn't see it in the theater. I guess I liked it. It was a fun concert film but I wished the movie had more about who Miley is. I wanted more backstage interviews. It would have been great if they had included where she came from and why she's so popular.

The 3-d was okay. Some of it worked and some of it didn't. The close ups were very distorted. Some parts like when she stood in front of the screen the 3-d worked better and she popped more more. The big problem is the colors were off so you couldn't see the color of the outfits and stage clearly.

The filter type 3-d works much better than the blue/red 3-d.
