Header, + Navigation bar.

So, I've always wondered.
how do I hyperlink you know the navigation
bar, if you make it in Photoshop ?
Like, if I made a header, and wrote
(in PS) "Miley".
Like this.

I think it's called image-mapping...
but I'm not totally sure about that.

Yea, its image mapping.
Its actually quite easy, even if you don't have dreamweaver.

there's also a site for it if dreamweaver doesnt have that lol i've no idea how dreamweaver looks like but if u cant find it u can google it cuz theres a site for it

Image mapping, yeah.
But there are alternatives like slicing the image.
