omg! haha. i got the trial...
]]= only 30 days.

this is the blend i made...

CS3 is so complicated,
but the things that are different are;;

[from PSE 3.0,
note;; i've only had CS3 for like 30 minutes...]

1] selective coloring
2] there's channels and paths
3] you can use text on the pen tool thingy...
4] Quick Slection Tool.
5] the download is hecka slow on a laptop,
even with a laptop with 3 GB of RAM and 250 GB of Hard Drive...
6] there's masks
7] lots of other things that are too small to acknowledge.
8] it's better [[=

the learning curve takes a long time...
w/e that is... I read the reviews.
i was so frikkin bored during the download.

but i don't think I would want to buy it anymore.
Since, if I add PSP, PSE, and Gimp together,
it's basically CS3 without Selective Coloring, lmao.

Selective Coloring isn't as good as I thought...
haha, i thought it'd be like you press a couple
buttons and it's amazing. haha.
it's cool, though [[=

seriously, i wrote a lot...
that's how i feel about CS3,
in the hour that i've spent on it.
if you read all this I like owe you something.
:o :o :o

at least we agree about selective coloring =P.

I prefer PSCS3 over all those programs you mentioned mainly because when it comes to adjustment layers, you use a separate layer for all the coloring unlike GIMP, it does the coloring on the image itself and not separate as oppose to making a new, let's say.. color balance. Not to mention, it has more tools and you have more control on editing your images.

Also, if you notice, the way gimp colorize images makes it a little grainy and CS3 does not.

just my virtual 2 cents xD

you guys read all of it,
:o

noella;;
yuss.
Selective Coloring is cool.
Just that I'm not that into it...
actually, I would rather Curves over it.
But it'd be totally cool to have the full version of CS3.

DASH;;
yes, that's way more preferable...
but i don't really care about the ease of use. XD
yeah, i did notice that, but when i color on PSP it's not grainy [[=

but I'm also looking at it at the price type of way.
Because since I already have most of the stuf CS3 has,
i don't think I need to spend $500+ on it. [[=
I'd rather get a new laptop, lmao.

that's great!
i'm getting the full version of photoshop elements, and i've heard it's easier to use.

best of both worlds

that's really cute!
I have PSE 3.0 and i tried a trial of CS3, and i got lost. :P but that's still good!

it's just because i'm not familiar with it,
and PSE, PSP, and Gimp are my comfort zone.
i think that's why...

Selective coloring gets pretty sweet once you get the hang of it.
You don't even have to get the hang of it, actually! haha.
Just make one or two great colorizations and use them for everything. (For the lazy people)

lmao.
I'm gonna download it soon.
on this big computer.

well to me it really depends on how u use selective coloring :P cuz if u are like very... good at using it u can get cool stuff.. i dont really kno what i do there i just move stuff around
but some people get pretty osm stuff.. but it depends on how u use it i guess.. :P
but i'd die without it.. lol if i dont use it i get the crappiest colorings..
i dun have cs3 but im assuming selective coloring is the same :P
you guys read all of it,
