my spacers kill... help??.

okay so,
i got spacers today and the first couple hours they didnt hurt and now they're
starting to KILL. any tips on how to get the pain to go away??.
the orthodontist said to rinse my mouth in salt water but that tastes nassttyyy.
plus, i dont even think it helped :P haha, if anything it made it worse.

that its just the pressure. and she told
me that your orthidontist should have gave
you this pill to take to make the pain go away.

once its spaced out a little bit the pain will go away
it only takes like 2 days for that
and tylonal helps
but like, dont eat anything really hard with your back teeth or where ever you got them

asprin works pretty well to take away the pain.
it'll get better as time goes on because your teeth move pretty quickly and you'll get used to them.

i have to get braces in august but what are spacers.

But it's totally worth it in the end so just keep reminding yourself that! :P
