latley my body isn't really a good thing for me. liike i mean i do dance and cheer but its summer and i still wanna keep my body. so does anybody have some really great tips on losing weight the helthy way because i was anerxic before and i dont wanna go back it was the worst time of my life. my friends are always complaining that there fat. liike my friend penut butter cump weighed 90 because she is really short and now she weighs 80 because she starved. and she was skinny before. please anytips?

eat a LOT of protein, and keep your sweets in moderation. Eat healtheir snacks like apples, fruit, yogurts, cheese, and drink milk (if you're not lactose intollerant) and get in a lot of calcium.
I have a fast metabolism issue, and I eat a LOT but I'm very slim, so I have to be very careful to be annorexic skinny.

Just eat healthy and excercise
start out with something such a running once a week
and then eventually run more and more
until your at once a day
and if you want you could start out with short distances
and then add on distance the more you run.
but eating healthy is a big help =]]

proportions for your food..dont eat a ton of something, just a little

^hehe i think you mean portions.
but exactly. portions is everything. you can have some of your
favorite sweets in moderation. everything in moderation is good.
but try to stick to healthy

Yeah, but I'd also suggest
not to let this whole 'diet'
type thing get to your
head to the point where
you worry to much about
what you eat. Also make
the exercise more fun than
well...exercise :P That way
you'll have fun. ;]

Yes,but in a moderate way.
I am natural/by family skinny,ive never get fat,on this moment i have to be 5 kg fater to get on the perfect weight for my size.

well u just need to eat healthy.. and not eat sugar.. cuz.. if u exercise and eat candy and stuff it doesnt really matter..
cuz ur body uses sugar to get energy and if u dont eat sugar thats when ur body starts to burn fat in ur body cuz thats the other source it has..
(or so i've heard :P i think its about right tho)
and then watch ur portions as marin said :P and thats pretty much it..
start slowly but an hour of exercise a day or at least 5 times a week will work just fine and u'll be losing weight in no time..
