ohkay, well, yesterday was opening
night, if you guys know the jonas brothers :]]
and let me tell you, IT WAS AMAZING.
you'll absolutely LOVE it if you're going =D
and if you don't want spoilers or whatever, don't
read this thread xP
well, first we had to go there,
duh, and then...
they made everyone throw out their posters! :o:o:o:o
i didn't make one,
but a LOT of people do! i felt so bad for people
that spend HOURS and HOURS making
posters.
so there was like, a HUGE pile of garbage bags
full of posters.
i should've taken a picture.
oh well.
then, we had to go to our seats,
but it was SOOOOOO crowded.
like, the stores were jammed, people were desperate
for tickets, like my aunt took out the tickets from her purse
and this guy comes up to her and asks if she's selling
them. i was like HECK NO! :]]
people were like, smushing each other on the lawn,
and people were screaming at air.
like, seriously, people were screaming when
the stage crew came on stage.
it was interesting. lol.
then, after a LOT
more of screaming, demi came onstage!!
she performed that's how you know, which was awesomee,
then she performed a lot of her new songs.
and she even performed this song
dedicated to selena. it was cool.
selena was even there that night!
we all said hi though she wasn't on stage.
she performed for about 20 minutes.
me and my best friends left our seats and tried
to get closer, so we stood
behind a small gate
that separates the inside
of the amphitheater from the outside.
it was a pretty good view,
except for the stupid pole that was in the center
of the stage.
it blocked a lot of my pictures and videos. but whatever.
so after demi finished, we got kicked out, so
me and my best friends moved a little back into
the aisles waiting for the jonas brothers to come onstage.
again, we got kicked out but we didn't care.
so we moved even closer xP
and stood on the stairs.
and there was this little balcony there so i stood
there and i got an AMAZING view,
with great pictures too.
finally, JONAS BROTHERS CAME ON!
the opening was INCREDIBLE. they had
this string section, who played
very dramatic music, and had like, fire shooting up.
and then, nick joe and kevin came into sight,
facing backwards, coming up out of the stage.
they were playing That's Just the Way We Roll.
incredible, much?!
they played all their usual songs.
and new songs,
like ones that WE heard first =D
very first in the world. yay.
it was totally awesome.
and they played songs from their new
album, like take on me and
you're so far away.
and they played be good to me :]]
which i'm sure is a new song =D
which was totally cool.
they even had their string
section hold up signs
so we could sing along.
it was really cool!
joe was very entertaining all night.
he had on american flag tap dancing
shoes x] which was cool,
though it would've been
better if they were the canadian
flag :P
and at the beginning of pushing me away,
he was like, conducting the string section!
funny.
he also has this cute little dance
like 'hop hop kick'.
totally adorable.
hm..
oh yeah, when nick played a little bit
longer, he told his story,
and he totally like, rested
his head on the piano in sadness ]]:
it was so sad, and really cute.
it was just totally incredible.
nick and jack played this cool
game where nick would sit at one drum
set at one end of the stage,
throw a drumstick over to jack,
who is also at a drum
set on the OTHER side of the
stage.
it was cool!
and we got to cheer them on.
OMJ THE MOST AMAZING PART?!
during still in love with you, they
took HOSES and HOSED the crowd!
it was PHENOMENAL.

they played camp rock songs too!

it was so cool, when demi
came onstage for this is me.
PLUS, during hello beautiful?!
joe and kevin were raised!
like, they were standing on these
pillar things that
would raise them higher and higher
when they sang 'i'm gonna fly'
i have a picture,
too ;]
and during burnin up,
the beginning was different,
because joe and kevin were banging
on these big drums.
and when big rob came out,
i was SCREAMING.
it was totally funny.
encores were wylmite,
then sos, which drove
EVERYONE crazy.
haha.
then after,
i got a cute bag,
and a SIGNED demi poster,
actually SIGNED by demi lovato herself! O:
it's AWESOMEEE.
so yes, that's my journey =D

and add stuff i forgot
{if any}
when i can.

another edit :: me and my friends {there's three of us}
each wrote a brother's name on our foreheads,
and wrote JB on our cheeks. my friend who was kevin also
drew side burns haha. it was awesome xD
and we took a picture with a cardboard cutout of JB xD hehe.

he sang 'hip shaking, {something i couldn't hear because he was singing quiet}, then he just
stopped, but continued with 'what you feel, when you're on a roll...'
