SASHA’S POV
This is where we start: The heart of Manhattan.
I woke up, yawning to the beat of my cell phone’s alarm. I stretched, and did my normal morning routine. Then I called my friend, Jodi. I NEEDED something to do on a Saturday morning.

“It’s Jodiii!” Jodi sang.
“Haaay!” I sung back.
“Ohhhhh my gosh! It’s SASHA! Haha how are you?” She asked.
“Good, you?”
“Good, too.”
“Listen, uh, wanna go do something?” I asked.
“Sureee! Like what?”
“I don’t know… we could like go to the mall, or maybe rent some movies.”
“K… I’ll meet you at your house in 15 minutes and then we’ll go to Blockbuster, kay?”
“Sure!” I said excitedly. “What about Cathryn?”
“Oh, she’s at the Jonas’ house.”
“Really?”
“Yeah. Why?”
“Nothing; just wondering.”
“Uhm, yeah, sure. Okay, whatever.” Jodi laughed.
“Just… meet me here!” I hung up.

I walked downstairs and waited for Jodi. In less than 10 minutes, she was here.
“Shall we?” She asked.
“We shall!” I replied, giggling. We walked to Blockbuster, rented 3 movies: “The Number 23”, “The Fog” and “Season 2: The Simpsons”, then bought some popcorn and Dr. Pepper. They went to Jodi’s house and watched “Season 2: The Simpsons” and then “The Number 23”. Then, it was 6:07 PM.

“Shiz, I gotta go! Meet you here tomorrow to watch “The Fog”, kay?” Sasha said, rushing out of Jodi’s house.
“Kay, bye!” Jodi replied, turning off the DVD Player.

SASHA’S POV
I woke up and did what I promised. I went to Jodi’s house, and watched the movie. She had to go to her grandparent’s house afterwards, so I left. On my way home, I saw Joe. Well, actually, he saw me. But still.
“Sasha?” He asked me. He fast-walked my way, catching up with me (I was walking in front of him).
“Joe!” I said excitedly.
“Sasha!” He said back.
“Joe!” I replied.
“Sashaaaa!”
“Joeness!”
“This is getting annoying!” He said. I giggled.
“I agree.” I said.
“Anyways, me and my brothers are having a pool party at my house: wanna come?”
“Sure!” I said. “But, wait… who has a pool party at…” I checked my watch. “10 AM?”
“Apparently… me? Or us?” He said. I laughed and rolled my eyes.
“Whatever,” I said. “I’ll be there. I just gotta go home and get my pool party stuffs.” I replied. STUFFS?! Wow, Sasha: you’re pathetic… Unfortunately.
“Okay… I’ll meet you there, then.” He smiled.
“Okay! I’ll be right over.” I replied.
I rushed home then put on some clothes. I put my bathing suit on, a tank top on top of the top part of my bikini (topsss! :o) and a jean skirt to cover the bottom part. I grabbed a few things, such as my sunglasses, my beach bag (I use it to go to the beach, but this’ll do), sunscreen (I don’t use tanning lotion. It irritates my skin. Plus, I like my cute little inside-of-an-apple colored pink-ish skin. :])

I gathered my stuff and walked to the Jonas’ residence.
Knock, knock…
Nick answered the door. “Oh, hey, Sasha! Come in!” He smiled. I walked inside and to the backyard. Everybody was there: Jodi, Cathryn, Helena, Leni, Peyton, Nick, Joe, Kevin… Joe! That boy’s weird. He was tanning with Leni and Helena. I laughed, rolled my eyes, and put my stuff down.

JOE’S POV
I sat up, and spotted Sasha.
“Oh. My. Flipping. Jonas.” I said.
“What?” Leni said, sitting up and lowering her sunglasses at me.
“Sasha! She… and… yeah, but she!… and, yeah… and…”
“BOY, SPIT IT OUT!” Helena said, losing her patience.
“Sasha! Here!” I said.
“Yeah… so?”
“SO…” Leni said, ready to be right about the obvious. “Joe LIKES Sasha!”
Helena got confused. “And?”
“AND. HE COULD ASK HER OUT. Helena, I think MCR stole your sense of seeing things are obvious whenever they shot ‘Helena’.” She said.
I rolled my eyes. “Correct, Leni! But no need to be fierce,” I said.
“Whatever,” She rolled her eyes.
“But… do you think she might like me?”
They both kept silent. Then, they blurted out a big “DUH!!!”
“But wait!” Leni said.
“WHAT?! WHAT?!?” I replied.
“Peyton also likes you…”

“Well this is just amazing!” I said sarcastically.
“The girl of my dreams doesn’t know I like her, and I don’t know if she likes me, and my other friend likes me! Just folkin’ PEACHY!”
“Well… think of it this way!, two girls are fighting over you!” Helena said.
“REALLY. You NEED to get your brain back.” Leni commented.

SASHA’S POV
I took off the extra pieces of clothing and what not. Kevin saw that I was gonna jump into the pool, so he decided to jump with me.
“Wait, Sasha!!” He said. “Lemme jump with you!”
I laughed. “Okay, sure!”
And before we knew it, everybody was hand-in-hand, about to jump (Which was like, 17 people. Yes; they have a big pool. :P)
“One, two, three!” We all chanted once and jumped into the icy blue water. It was cold, but hey, it’s summer, isn’t it? Let’s not be sissies ;-)
The person who didn’t jump in was Joe. Hmm… wonder why.

NICK’S POV
I walked over to Joe.
“Dude, why are you not in the water like everyone else?” I asked, wide-eyed.
“Just… to prevent, uhm, a fight.” He winked.
“FIGHT?!” I cracked up. “WHAT FIGHT?”
“Don’t laugh; not funny.” He said, seriously.
“Okay, fine. What fight, sir?”
He rolled his eyes. “You know how Peyton likes me, and, well… I think Sasha does to.”
“Don’t get involved! I LOVE Sasha!!”
“YOU WHAT?!?” He cracked up. “OH, good one, brotha!”
“Seriously!” And at the WRONG moment, Peyton, Sasha & Leni came walking towards us.
“Hey, guys.” Leni said. I saw her wink at Joe.
“Hi…” I said.
“What are y’all talking about?”
“Nuuuuuuuthin’.” Joe said.
“Okay, so, uhm, who wants juice?” I broke the ice.
“Not very smooth,” Joe hissed at me.
“Uh… I do?” Leni said, raising her finger.
“COOL BEANS!” Joe said, leading her into the kitchen. We got oranges & strawberries and made some juice. Then, we made lemonade. We walked outside, where everybody was in the pool having fun. Joe brought a bell, and sounding like a house maid, said:
“Okay, refreshments on the tray-ay!”
And everybody just stared at him. But it’s okay. He’s like that. :-)
