INTRODUCTION:

Katie's world is always just so normal. She's not a geek, not popular. She's just right in the middle. She of course has friends. But when it turns around to November 2008 - her life becomes different. She finds out the Jonas Brothers move next door. Which Jo Bro does she fall in love with in the end??

Chapter one: so unreal.

Katie's POV:

Another day of school I thought. I got up took a shower, just like normal highschoolers do.. I got ready, looked in the mirror and said "Well, it doesn't get any better than this.." I said good bye to my family and walked to the bus stop. Today was an unusual day, even though it was November already, it was raining. It was California but where i lived it rarely rains. I got on the bus with my best friend Janelle Fisher. "It's raining!" said Janelle jokingly. "haha, no way!" I said playing along. We got to school.
The day went on and on like normal. The rain went away, it was still a bit cloudy. When i got home. I saw a moving truck next door And yet i couldn't believe my eyes.. I saw Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas standing there! I ran inside and told my mom. "Yah, i know they are here, why dont you go over and say hi, there's some cookies baking in the oven, give them those." said my mom.
"wow, thanks mom!" i said surprised. I waited for the cookies to cool and put them on a plate. I walked next door, the moving truck was gone, so i rang the doorbell. Joe answered.
"uhm, welcome to the neighborhood, I'm Katie, and i live next door. Here, me and my mom made these cookies.."
Joe took the cookies and smiled. "Thanks, yumm chocolate chip. Come on in."
I walked in, their house was amazing, and Joe.. wow he smelled really good. Joe took me to the kitchen where i met the rest of the family. I was so nervous, it's like when i talked it felt like a dream.
"Hey, me and brothers wanted to thank you for being so normal and not screaming like the rest of our fans would. I mean we love it, but it can become overwhelming." Kevin said. "oh yah, no problem." I said simply. "Also, could you like show us around.." said Joe. "Uh, me and Kevin are doing something you'll have to go without us," Nick added in. "Oh, yah i would love to show you guys- i mean Joe around," i said with a slight smile

Joe's POV

Katie was beautiful, a blonde, tall but not taller than me. She said that she would love to show us around, well only me since my brothers had plans. Katie took me outside and said "Well this is the sidewalk." We both began to laugh. "well, i gotta go tell my mom that im going to show you around."
"okay, i'll be waiting," i said flirtatiously.
She closed the door and turned around. I noticed she changed. She was wearing skinny jeans, a shirt that was light green, and converse. She smelled amazing when she came up to me and said "Well, lets get going." She took me to a park, no one was there. It was a good thing cause i didn't wanna be mobbed with fans. She explained to me how school was, and just about her life. It was very interesting. She made me feel like i was... normal.
"Joe, you are so much more nicer than i have ever imagined." Katie said.
"Well, thanks, you too. You make me feel so normal by that you just treat me like a normal person, i like that." I said as i smiled.

Katie's POV

Joe took my hand as he said that. I was smiling and then it began to sprinkle droplets of rain. "oh, great i forgot a jacket," i said.
Joe took off his jacket and said "here, you need it more than i do," He smiled.
I put on his jacket, it smelled good, like old spice or something.
He then took my hand again and kissed me. It was amazing, the first time i have ever kissed a boy in the rain... And it was Joe Jonas! Though everytime i just talked to him, it didn't feel like it was Joe Jonas. We decided to head home before it poured. He walked me to my doorstep and kissed me again. "I'll talk to you tomorrow?" he said. "yes, tomorrow is saturday, no school. yay!" i said happily.
"Okay see you tomorrow." Joe said as he walked away.
I went inside, shut the door, and everything just felt so unreal. i was really tired and i decided to go to bed.
When i finally fell asleep all i could think was Joe Jonas.

Chapter 2: A wish that never ends

Katie's POV

When i woke up in the morning it was freezing! I guess that means it's gonna rain or even snow soon. It was bout the end of November, Thanksgiving was next Thursday. I took a shower cause i knew i was going to Joe's house soon. I got ready, ate breakfast. I told my mom i was going to the Jonas' house. It was about 11am. I rang the doorbell, Nick answered the door and invited me in. "Thanks" i said politely to Nick. I sat on the couch with Nick, Joe was in the shower. "I'll be right back to tell Joe your here." Nick was always so nice. "thanks!"
Nick came back down the stairs. "Hey have you ever played Mario Kart on Wii?" He handed me a remote. "No, but i'll try. hahaha" The game began. "ah, darn you passed me." Nick said playfully. "hahaa"
"Oh i got you now." Nick ended up beating me. "Good job, your really good."
"oh thanks, your not too bad yourself." At that moment Joe walked down the stairs. "Hey, Joe." Me and Nick said. "Hey guys, Mario Kart huh?" he replied.
Joe and i decided we would go to the park, Nick came with, as for Kevin.. he was still sleeping. We got to the park i decided to invite Janelle.
Janelle came up to the park. "hey guys this is Janelle." i said.
"Hey!" they both said.
"Oh yah, Katie, guess what! we decided to go to public school. You know trying to live a normal life now. And we're going to your highschool." Joe said excitedly.
"Wow, that's awesome! Do you know what classes you have?!?" i said back.
He pulled out a piece of paper. I looked it over. We had all the same classes!

Joe's POV

When i found out we both were in the same classes i was thrilled inside and she told me that i could share her locker with her. Nick and Janelle seemed to connect easily, Janelle had to go home, so Nick walked her home. It was just me and Katie now. I scooted closer to her, she smiled. It was almost sunset. We both got up. We began to walk home, then she stopped. She took my hand and said "Joe your a wish that never ends." "Wow, that's deep."
i stroked her face, then i kissed her, she kissed back. This kiss was different, it was more passionate than ever before. We stopped then she smiled. "That was romantic." she said as she looked at the sunset.
We walked home. "Well, here," she gave me a folded piece of paper. i unfolded it, it was her number. "thanks, well i will see you tomorrow" I pressed my lips against hers one last time. "bye" she whispered.

Katie's POV

We texted all night. He then said at 11:07am. I need to see you. We both snook out. We sat on the curb outside our houses. He looked at his watch. "It's 11:11, make a wish" I wished that he would ask me to be his girlfriend. We talked and kissed a little. I started to get tired we both decided to leave. Then... my wish came true. At 12:34am.
"Before you go... Katie, will you be my girlfriend."
"Yes, i will, that's what i wished for."
Then he kissed me.
"Night Joe."
"Night Katie... I love you" I got huge butterflies.
".I love you too." i said as i smiled.
We then kissed one last time.
That was a night i would never forget.

CHAPTER 3: PARTYY!


Katie's POV

It was snowing today. And today was Monday and school.
I got into my car and saw Joe and Nick waiting for Kevin.
"Hey guys, need a ride?"
They both got in and told Kevin. "Thanks Katie" they both said.
"Were picking up Janelle too." Joe nudged Nick.
Janelle got in the car. "Hey Nick and Joe. Thanks Katie."
We all got to school. Janelle went with Nick and I was with Joe. Me and Joe walked to our locker, holding hands. I let Joe have the top of the locker. Then we were off to our first class. Before i knew it the day was over. I took Nick and Joe home.
"Hey, Joe and Nick, like were having a thanksgiving party the day before thanksgiving, adults are upstairs, and i get to have my own party in the basement. And you guys can come."
"Thanks! we will." they both said as they left.

Nick's POV

Later that day, Joe went with Kevin to look at guitars. And mom and dad were at work. So i was home by myself.
The doorbell rang. "Hey Katie!" I was surprised to see her, i have to admit i kinda like her, but i would never do that to Joe. "Come on in, Joe's not here right now."
"Oh, that's fine, i guess we could hang out, if that's okay."
"Yah it's fine.. so about Janelle..."
"what?" Katie asked eagerly.
"Oh it's just i kinda dont really like her. but she's cool just as a friend."
"Oh, i understand, it's fine."
We kept talking for a while till she had to get home for dinner. I was glad she came over, it helped me a bit with well everything.

And i actually found out i do like her...

Katie's POV

Nick is so sweet, but no i can't like him. Im dating Joe.
Today is Wednesday, the Thanksgiving party. I spent most of my time setting down the basement for the party. I was in the kitchen with my mom, fighting about food to have in my party. Thankfully the doorbell rang. "Hey Kevin!"
"Oh hey, I just wanted to tell you, that i wont be able to come to your party."
"Oh no problem, thanks for telling me." i said with a slight smile.
"Well, i better go, my mom is already freaking out about the thanksgiving turkey tomorrow."
"Okay, bye!"
I went back down to the basement, i wanted this party to be perfect.. It was only gonna be me, Joe, Nick and Janelle. Which i thought would be awkward for Nick cause he doesn't like Janelle. So i texted Joe and told him that we shouldn't kiss a lot. So Joe agreed. It was time for the party to begin.
"Katie!!!!! door bell!! and I need to talk to you!" shouted my mom.
I ran up the stairs, answered the door, thankfully it was Janelle, and not Joe. I didn't want him to hear what my mom needed to say. "Yes, mom?"
"I wanted to tell you that your cousin, RIkki, is coming tomorrow."
"Oh, yay! I haven't seen her like 3years! Well mom Im going back down stairs."
"Okay honey, have fun!"
The doorbell rang again. It was Nick and Joe. "Hey guys! just follow me to the party. hhaa."
"Wow, this is so cool! i love the balloons" Joe said surprised.
"Thanks, haha it took forever." i said back.

Janelle's POV

The party is fun, but i have a feeling that Nick doesn't like me that much. But i really like him, he's sweet and nice. Well, I'll just talk to him.
"Hey, Nick."
"Hey, whats up?"
"i dont know exactly haaha."
"Yah, this party pretty interesting.."
"Sure, haha. So hows the songs going?"
"Great! I just wrote a new song yesterday."
"Oh cool!!"
"Hey, guys the party is over in 5minutes!" Katie's mom yelled down to us in the basement.

Katie's POV

"Well i guess we should wrap it up." i said to everyone.
"Yah, well, it's almost 10, me and Nick should get home, my mom needs help with the turkey." Joe said.
"Yah, well I'll walk everyone out." I said.
I kissed Joe goodbye. Hugged Nick and Janelle.
"Bye guys! Thanks for coming!"

Chapter 4: Nick is mine.


Katie's POV

I woke up at 5:30, and i dont know why. Well, today is thanksgiving..
yay. Today is the day that mom yells at me the whole day, cause we have relatives coming over. I got up, took a shower, normal routine. After i ate, it was about 7, my mom comes down and starts barking orders. First, clean the bathrooms. It was gross. Then vacuum, which means pick up everything, then vacuum. Luckily i finished. I took a break, then my mom called me to the kitchen. "Honey, please stop sitting on your *** and help."
"Mom, I've been doing stuff for the last 4 hours! I'm taking a bre--"
Luckily, the doorbell ring, before i really went off. It was Nick. "Hey Nick, what's up??"
"Well, i came cause i wanted to see if you guys needed any help, my mom has Joe and Kevin doin work over there, so i came here."
"Oh, thanks, i dunno, my mom is having a 'female dog' fit."
"Hahaha, well i would be happy to help you."
"uh, sure. come on in."
"Katie, please come make the stuffing!" yelled my mom.
"see." i whispered to Nick. Nick just laughed and followed me to the kitchen.
"Katie, I'm going to go take a shower, when i come down the stuffing better be done! And clean this kitchen."
"okay, mom, Nick said he wanted to help, so yeah."
"oh that's fine just get it all done!"
"k"
"See, Nick, i told you my mom is like a monster around these times!"
He laughed again.
"Well, we should get started, could you get the bread crumbs, outta the pantry."
"Check," Nick said quickly.
After i gathered all the ingredients me and nick began making the stuffing. He was so helpful, he even washed all the dishes in the sink for me.
"Geez, thanks Nick, I never expected you to do this much!"
"haha, no problem, i don't want you to get into trouble."
"Thanks!"

Nick's POV

Katie, was so nice. I'm glad i got to help her. When ever i would just sit there and look at her, she would just smile. I wanna tell her i like her, I guess i will...
"Hey, Katie."
"Yah, what's wrong Nick??"
"Well, I li--"
"Sorry, i better get the door."

Katie's POV

I wonder what Nick, had to say. But anyway, i went to the door. It was my cousin Rikki. "Hey Rikki!" I hugged her.
"Hey, whoa.. is that.. N-n-ick J-j-o-nas??"
"Sure is, they moved in next door, about a week ago. Well, lemme show you to your room."
She followed me up the stairs, we talked for a bit, then i remember i left Nick downstairs. oops!
"We better go back downstairs, i left Nick"
"Im sorry nick. Rikki had to get situated.

Rikki's POV

Nick was hotter in person than i ever imagined!!
"Hey Nick, hows it going?"
"Oh, it's fine i guess"
When i looked at the way he looked at Katie, I knew it, he liked her. Maybe they're dating!
"Hey, Katie.. so your dating Nick??"
Nick began to blush. "No, haha, Im dating Joe!! I mean i like Nick as a friend" Katie said trying to be nice.
"Oh, cool!" i said trying not to be happy.
That means Nick is mine.

CHAPTER 5: NO WAY!

Nick's POV

Meeting Rikki was like a disaster. She asked if me and Katie were dating, it embarrassed me. After that i went home, to leave Rikki and Katie to catch up. I went up to my room, i began to sing. I heard the doorbell, Kevin answered. Then my door opened, it was Katie. "Hey, Nick, I came to see what you were about to say when Rikki came."
"Oh, well, I thought you were here to see Joe, so you go do that."
"Nick, well i will see him after im done talking to you, you dont have to get offensive."
"Well, maybe this song will tell you what i was going to say."

Katie's POV

"There she goes again, the girl im in love with. It's cool we're just friends. We walk the halls at school, but we know it's casual. It's cool we're just But i dont wanna lead you on, the truth is i've grown fond. Everyone knows it's meant to be. Falling in love just you and me till the end of time till im on your mind it will happen. I've been making lots of plans like a picket fence and a rose garden. I'll just keep on dreaming, but it's cool cause we're just friends." Nick sang perfectly.
"Uh..... wow. i didn't know that you felt that way." I was shocked almost speechless.
"Yah, well um, Joe's in his room, could you please.. leave?"
"Yeah i will um, thanks for the song." I smiled as i left.
I walked into Joe's room. I saw him sitting there with his guitar just like Nick was.
He looked over his shoulder. "Katie, I have a song for you. The best i can explain it."
I thought.. geez another song.

"Love you too." he then kissed me and walked me home.
