Time For A Change. ♥

Heyy. Yes, I'm writing ANOTHER fan fiction
And I promise I won't abandom this one or some of my other ones.
So...here we go again...


Intro ♥
I slowly stepped out of the convertable, grabbing my bags
and waving bye to my mom.
Walking over to the stage, I saw crowds and groups of people talking.
Then, this lady came out onto the stage and started talking, "Hey
Everybody! I'm Dee, Music director here at Camp Rock".
Everyone responded, including myself singing, "Hi Dee".
She said some other stuff but then kind of zoned out, looking around,
especially at the beautiful veiw of the lake.
I only snapped back into reality when I heard the next things she said.
"Last Year, we had a special CELEBRITY instructor, Shane Gray, but this
year we are having THREE celebrity instructors"
I suddenly got excited, I wanted to find out who they were.
"CONECT THREE!" she yelled.
Wow, ALL of Connect 3, that's pretty cool.
Plus, that guy Nate, is totally HOT, and he's my age.
Then, she rammed on about the Final Jam, which wasn't my top priority right now.
What I really wanted to do was improve my voice, just get away from everything going on back at home, and maybe make some new friends.
I walked up to two girls, who were talking and laughing.
"Hey, I'm Kat" I intoruced myself poleitly.
"I'm Caitlyn" One girl said.
"Hi, I'm Mitchie" The other said.
"Mitche Torres?" I asked, I'd heard TONS of rumors about her, alot about dating Shane Gray and something about her being "the girl" and "The song" and rumors about last summer.
"Yeah..." she answered.
"So...is this your first year?" Caitlyn asked me.
"Yeah..any advice?"
"Just...don't get caught up in Tess Drama" Mitchie told me.
Tess Drama?
What does that mean?

Chapter 1



They smiled at each other, and then turned back to me. Caitlyn pointed
to a blonde girl, standing with two other girls and
talking to them.
"That's Tess Tyler, daughter of TJ Tyler" Caitlyn told me.
"But...DON'T get on her good side" Mitchie said.
"So...your telling me to get on her bad side?" I asked, alittle
confused. Both Mitchie and Caitlyn nodded.
"Um...ok, I guess" I said.
Then I saw Shane Gray, coming up to us from a distance. "Mitchie!!!" he
said, running up to her. He kissed her on the cheek and then hugged
her. He hugged Caitlyn too and then turned, and smiled at me.
"I'm Shane" he said, extending his hand for me to shake.
"Kat" I said, shaking it.
"Nice too meet you" he said, then his bandmates walked over to us too.
They smiled, and waved to Mitchie and Caitlyn.
"This is Jason, and Nate" Shane introduced them. Then they waved to
me. I smiled at Nate, he was REALLY cute.
"I'm Kat" I said to him. He smiled, and shook my hand. Then, they
started talking about all sorts of things, alot I didn't understand.
But they tried their best to explain. Last year, alot had happened.
Mitchie was the new girl at Camp Rock, but she'd lied to everyone about
her mom's job. Apparently that was some HUGE deal and everyone was
kinda upset with her.
Shane heard a girl sing this incredible song, and that girl was
Mitchie. He found out who the singer was at the Final Jam, where he
judged with the rest of Connect 3.
But Mitchie didn't win Final Jam, Peggy, one of Tess's friends, won and
recorded with Shane.
After the Final Jam Mitchie and Shane went on a canoe ride and Shane
asked her out. So now, their boyfriend and girlfriend. The camp also
asked the rest of Connect Three if they would like to teach at the camp
this summer, and they agreed.
So now, it's another summer at Camp Rock. After hearing ALL of this, I
gotta admit I'm kinda scared.
I don't know what this summer is gonna be like..but I guess I'm gonna
find out pretty soon. I zoned out, thinking about this summer, but
then snapped back into reality.
"So guys, we'll see you around...Me and Caitlyn are going to check out
our cabins, wanna come, Kat?" Mitchie asked.
"Sure" I replied, with a closed-mouth smile. They waved by to Connect
3, and we all walked off together.
It turns out, I was going to share a cabin with Mitchie and Caitlyn. We
walked into the cabin, and put our bags down.
We talked for a while, I told them where I was from, about myself, blah
blah blahh.
"Um...I think I'm gonna go for a walk..yah know check out the camp some
more." I told them. They nodded, and I grabbed my guitar and left the cabin.
Everything was so beautiful at Camp Rock, either that or I don't get
out much, becuase the lake was incredible.
I walked mindlessly around the camp, and then accidentally walked into
someone.
"Ohmygosh I'm so sorry!" I said, then looked up to see who it was.
Nate. I ran a hand through my hair.
"Don't worry...it's cool" he said, flashing me a warm and super-cute
smile.
I sorta smiled, and then turned around to continue my walk, but he stopped me and asked, "So, you play?", after seeing my guitar I guess.
I turned back around, facing him, "Y-Yeah, I G-Guess" I stuttered alittle.
"Cool...do you sing too?" he asked.
"Uh..yeah, kinda" I told him.
"Awesomee." He said.
I sorta blushed I think, god knows why, but I did.
"See you around!" I called back towards him, already running off.
I just didn't want to say anything embaressing in front of him.
As I walked back towards my cabin, I bumped into ANOTHER person, this time it wasn't Nate.
It was Tess Tyler.
Wait...do I get on her GOOD side or her BAD side?
