On my recording it's the same.
Some bits are on sync, some aren't.
It maybe because they lip-synced it.

I believe it was slightly off so I just reposted it with corrected audio sync. Sorry about that.

I didn't get the chance to watch the video I posted at all until just a bit ago, since I was away and actually did this video remotely using my cell phone. So while editing it, I wasn't able to listen to it. Anyway, now that I'm able to see the one posted I did notice that the audio was off by 2 tenths of a second, so I adjusted it and reposted it. Testing it out in Windows Media Player, VLC, and Media Player Classic, it all plays the same for me and seems sync'd pretty well and appears to be how it should be now. There are times in the music video portion where it is off due to the lip syncing, but that's present in the official too.

However, you'll notice with this video that her voice is equal left and right during the backstage stuff, but for the actual music video itself, her the vocals seem to be to the left side slightly. I dunno why, but it's in the original broadcast that way and I checked with MileyLaLa about the one he recorded from tv and his was that way too. I even compared both hd and sd recordings and I did and both are the same with that. So that might be how they did it, cos I do notice different instruments on the left and right sides. But I dunno, it's the best I can do. :57:

I just checked the video it is in synch now, thanks for the repair. I solved the problem with my mplayerc not being out of synch at the time, I actually had it set on a time offset because I was fixing one of my own encodes earlier :).
