Chapter One
Plane Ride
I could not wait to get to the airport.
I could not wait to get back Nick.
I didn't know what to do till then.
It was so hard to keep still.
" Micks, honey. Are you okay? ", My mom asked me.
" Yeah, I just want to get to the airport. "
" But, honey, you don't like flying too much. ", My mom said, confused.
It was true, my dad's phobia has rubbed off on me, but I shrugged it off.
" My friends will be there, it'll be different. ", I answered.
" Sure, sure. I think you just want to get to Nick. ", Mom teased me.
I rolled my eyes.
I stayed quiet and did my best not to fidget till we got there.
I absolutely hated being checked and all. Plus, we had to pay the extra crap for the bags of luggage we had.
I moved as quickly as possible. I didn't want to get recognised or anything at the moment.
Wow, have I changed.
FINALLY, finally, we got to go through the platform to get to the plane.
As soon as I got on, I spotted Lex.
How'd she get here before me?
" Mickey, over here! ", She called.
" Oh, this is great. ", I smiled.
She nodded, but before Lex could say anything, I spotted Nick.
He was sitting behind her near the window, looking out of it.
A smile broke out across my face, and ignoring Lex, who was saying something, I went and sat next to him.
Nick jumped at the contact and turned to say something, till he saw it was me.
He held his breath, waiting for my reaction.
I rolled my eyes, and bent forward, my lips brushing his lighly.
" That's all I get? 'Nate' got a better kiss than that. ", Nick laughed.
I rolled my eyes, and tried again.
Truth be told, I was terrified. This was my first real kiss.
Not including the one I did with him for the movie.
I over did it this time.
I plunged, putting my hands in his curly locks of hair.
He pulled away, gasping.
I blushed, gasping, too. I don't know what happened there.
" I'm sorry. ", I said, quietly.
" Don't be. That was just.... A little too much. It was.... shocking. "
I looked down, ashamed.
" Doesn't mean I didn't like it, though. And I don't want it to happen again. "
I looked back up, surprised. Nick was smiling.
Gosh, I loved his smile.
At of the corner of my eye, I realized Lex was still watching, with a shocked espression.
" I didn't know you had it in you. ", Nick murmered.
I nodded. I stared in his beautiful brown eyes, and smiled.
That's when Skye arrived.
" Lex! Mickey! Nick! ", I heard her cry.
I looked over at her and smiled.
Lex looked, too, but she didn't look too happy.
Slowly, other Camp Rock people poured in, along with regular people, who stared at us.
Joe, Kevin, Kat, Frankie, and the Jonas parents came in from the back entrance.
" Hey, Micks! You stole my spot. ", Joe accused when he saw me.
I started to get up, but Joe shook his head.
" No, I'll come and sit next to.... Skye. ", He smiled when he spoke her name.
I smiled, too, while Skye blushed.
Lex crossed her arms, jealously flashing across her face.
The pitt of my stomache twanged with guilt.
So, it went Kevin and Kat behind us, Lex in front of us, and Skye and Joe to the left of us.
Reema and Kelly sat in front of them and Meg and Amanda in front of Lex, and to the left of them, Demi and Selena.
I sighed, there was no one to sit with her. I felt bad.
Nick looked at me, concerned, and I nodded toward Lex.
Something flashed through his eyes that I didn't recognise because it was so quick.
I hate those, why couldn't he just show me what he was thinking?
I rolled my eyes.
Nick laughed.
" What are you rolling your eyes at? ", He asked.
" You. "
" What'd I do? "
I shrugged, not wanting to admit I wanted to know what he was thinking.
I think I felt jealously?
