Lol, the paparazzi are not mean, the MEDIA is.
Well some paparazzis are mean but most of them are respectful about the celebrities.
I'm glad to see this paparazzi did it, he is not american and its not there for a long time because you can see his english is not the best, but he handles it very well and tries to be respectful and nice to Miley, thats cute.
