But don't worry, in almost every pics that you can see her shoulder, her shoulder is like that, so it can be weird for us, but its Miley's normal shoulder, nothing wrong with it, I think its because shes kinda skinny that it shows her bone I guess.
But its definately nothing to worry, I've payed attention to all of the pics and all of them are like that so its a normal thing, thank god. :D

And oh, I didn't realize it was confetti, at first it looked like a stain(sp?) in her pants, lol yeah I don't know where I saw that.

Looks good. But I dont like her hair THAT long. It always reminds me of extensions because she uses extension, so every time i see her with long hair i think "oh extensions".
