No, she didn't.
Her first kiss was on set of HM, and was with Mitchel, she said that herself. ;)

BTW flute, I have already seen that pic too, I think its the less oldest pic of them kissing, doesn't look photoshopped to me, I think its real.
Cause Nick has that shirt and hes wearing his dogtag, Miley looks pretty much like Miley to me, its hard to photoshop Miley pics, cause you can tell when its her and when its not.
The blurryness(sp?) I think its because the pic is on a cellphone, and they took a picture of the picture of the cellphone, lol.
But maybe its because they didn't want to make it so obvious it was Miley and Nick, idk, but anyways, I know they dated and its not a pic that its gonna say they didn't, because I think we all know they did, pretty obvious right. :P
