Of course she didn't tell she was dating, why would she tell that? So she could have even more people stalking her and her personal life?
Seriously this is something that is JUST for Miley not for us even though we want to know it really isn't of our business.
If she told 'Oh look I'm dating!' then it would began a crazyness trust me, everybody would want to know about the boy (even though ppl want now, it was because of the pics not because she told anything) and his privacy would be invaded also so she did right by not telling it.

Well some curiousity 'fringe' in portuguese is 'franja' so the word looks alike, prob not for you guys but for me it does haha.
