so my teachers husband did some reasearch and found that mileys new scandal is photoshopped! they say the light on her face is different then the light on the body so the piks r photoshopped!!!

Zoom in at them on paint, the pixels aren't disorientated enough to be fake, unless someone spent a whole day(sad?) doing it. The shades are just the way the lights coming from/angle.

I don't think that they're fake and here's why:

1) that guy has been out with miley and some friends before and there are candids of it, so they know eachother.
2) between everyone on this site, it's safe to say we've seen most of the miley pics floating around the internet, and I've never seen a pic of miley where her head and expression matches the pic of her in the white tank.

Guys, please don't start fighting..or I will ask that this thread be closed. If you're not here to support Miley, than I don't want to know why you're on here. First off, I just saw a video from one of my friends on youtube talking about this same thing. Yes, the second one looks real, but the second one does look photo shopped. It was probably professionally done so people would think its real, but you never know. Honestly, if you were wanting to support her, you wouldn't be making threads like this, you'd get over it and know that the big "scandal" will go away in about a week. It did last time. They could be fake, they might not be. But does it really matter? Would real fans want to butt in on her life? NO, they'd leave her alone and love her for who she is, and what she does as an actress. I honestly think those pictures were meant to be private, and for her and her friends, only. Not to be leaked out on the internet by someone trying to get back at her and cause a whole big mess. Exactly. Miley is only 15- and while people are saying she is too young to take pictures like that, every girl- at some point or another- will go through an 'awkward phase' with things like peer pressure. Especially in Hollywood. I will forgive Miley for this, I just hope she has learned her lesson. Miley is really talented, and I'm glad Joe is standing up for her. To quote him: Everybody makes mistakes, but it's how you come out of it.

The second pics .... I think mileys teeth are like that . And her lips are that puffyish too. I think the face looks so much like miley its crazy . And about her hair mm...I personally dont think it looks like a wig . And her eyes are like that too and her skin colors, AND idk everything!

I think if i were to choose out of those 2 pics i would choose..- well i was going to say the first one but the guys in other pics. I cant choose! I think they are both real and i dont think that the fact that we havent seen her wear those clothes (in the bra pic) is a good reason to say they are fake. I just dont . I agree with you. Also another thing that doesn't convince me is how different the face is on the second picture and more noticeably on the first. And one of my friends pointed out that (when you see the full version of the first picture) the shadows in the photo don't match up, because her arm is not casting a shadow on her face yet there is a shadow behind the guys head from the same angle.

The pictures are legitimate. This has happened earlier this year. It is good to point out that this is not unusual behavior for a teenage girl. Most likely she was having fun with her friends and decided to fool around. During this age a girls hormones are raging. If you look a photos in the beginning of her career to what she looks like now she has matured greatly. Suddenly she has curves and boobs. The full figured look. Perhaps she is just experimenting. Teens are getting more aware about their bodies these days. If she was a regular teen this would not be a big deal. Just because she is branded as wholesome and clean-cut is the only reason why this is called a "scandal." OH PLEASE!

I understand what your saying. Tanning is also a possibility. I realize that her hands portray a different tone compared to the tint of her arms and stomach. When her arm is above her head she shows light colored skin and her face portrays the same look. I am skeptical because she has admitted to taking pics similar to the ones recently leaked. When she was sharing licorice with her friend she fought back and said that it was "No Big Deal, If that is bad, then what is this world coming to." If she indeed did not take those pictures she would have remained objective and could have said "No Comment." She is successful and someone may have been sabotaging her career. Then again, Hilary Duff was a big success like Miley a few years ago and no one tried to mess with her career. Actually, she has been scandal free throughout the years she has been in the spotlight. It is a tough call but I would not pass it by that she did indeed take those pictures. Miley must have heard about the leak and I wonder why she is so reluctant to comment. If she had no part of it then she should not be afraid to tell the press what is up. She did not lack the balls to do it the first time.

The first one is definetly photoshopped, you can tell by the way the border is.
The second one looks a little real and a little photoshopped. It's hard to tell.

Again, who gives a crap if they're REAL or not - deal with it and move on. It's not like Miley is being linked to an O.J. style "hit" where people had their heads cut off...we're talking about G-Rated photos for gosh sakes. Yeah, I'm new here but what I meant about kicking in the gut is how it seems that every time someone comes on and gives their opinion about how they think the photos might be fake or just giving Miley the benefit of the doubt, you set them straight (world according to you) real fast. If I'm totally off the mark about you and I'm just getting the wrong meaning from your comments then I apologize to you, but that's just the impression I got here.

BTW, I personally think some of the photos (the recent and even older ones) are probably real, but I'm not going to pass judgement on her and harp about it for weeks. Nobody's Perfect - I'm sure Miley has her good upbringing, good family, friends, her faith and bigshots at Disney to help her when she needs it.

Can we please close this thread already? They are not photoshopped, they most likely wouldn't have them on Just Jared if they were photoshopped. First of all, can't Miley be a teenager? Or does she have to be working and being Hannah Montana all the time? Second of all, I don't want to hear crap about like, 'she shouldn't be taking those kinds of pictures if she doesn't want them out.' I've heard that so many times, and it's bugging me. What is she supposed to do? Not going around not hugging people, is she not supposed to have a boyfriend? Why is it so wrong? I don't think the pictures are bad at all, and like Marin said before if thats the worst she could do, than it's not that big of a deal.
