Do these freakin writers have eyes? I'm sorry if were not suppose to talk about this but I'm pissed off because all of these magazines are giving completely wrong descriptions of the pics, saying Miley is laying on a boys lap in only a bra and underwear, in a sexy pose, I've seen the pics and thats a load of crap. Is anyone else pissed off? And conviently none of these places are showing the pics becase they know they're not as bad as they're making them out to be. If this has to be closed, fine, I just needed to vent, lol.

you know what else Im confused about sites like Yahoo news and even the AP are reporting this is a look a like and not Miley. Nobody has their facts striaght.

I would say let the sites be confused, as long as you have your facts straight :).

The thing on Yahoo and AP is a bit pathetic yes, they could just check image databanks and see that the picture must have been taken on March 19th (the bra one).

But tabloids always like to twist things to make a "scandal" just a bit worse. So if there are images of Miley in a bra and pics of Miley on the lap of a guy it's normal that they would combine the two. Or if she would say something about it in an interview just "interpret" her words slightly different.

I know seriously. this is from the AP, clearly thinking that is not Miley in those photos:

One photo shows the Cyrus look-alike tugging at her white tank top to reveal a green bra. In another shot, she flaunts her bare midriff while draped over a young male, who rests his hand on her hip. Another shot shows her cuddling up to the same guy.
This isn't the first time risque photos of someone resembling Cyrus have circulated online. In recent months, shots have surfaced of a girl posing in her underwear and bikini.

and then theres an article titled: "Miley Cyrus Again Defending Sexy Photos Leaked to Net"
problem is Miley hasn't said anything and there are no qoutes in the article.

I agree the tabloids only like to post bad news so they will enjoy these pics. I don't agree with it but that sell mags.
I think Miley is great just needs to watch who she considers a friend as these should be private. I agree she needs to defend the pics too as they have been leaked long enough now.

I don't think Miley will comment about these pics, she released a statement today but it was about how excited she is about this new book shes writing. It looks like shes just going to ignore this.

because it does look like somone photoshoped Miley's head on to someones body, the only reason I know its real is because I've seen her in that exact outfit, so she must have taken it that day.

It IS her, photoshopped her head in the body isn't possible because well I pay waaay too much attention to details for real, idk how it's called in english, and I can tell it's her fingers, nails and it is her body and stuff.
So yeah, it is her.

I know it is her but I could see why someone could think its fake, like theres a change in skin tone at her neck, it looks like a blur tool was used, but it wasn't. Like if we hadn't seen Miley out in that outfit theres a legit argument that it could be fake.

Tabloids can get annoying and very hard to understand. They will take 2 stories and combine them into one to make them seem bad, when there really not. They exagerate so much, that you never know what to believe.
