yeah its been posted before. What I'm wondering is that, is this a live action mix with animation because Miley gets credited as the role of penny and the other actors get credited as lend there voice.

It's an animation and Miley is the Voice of Penny.
There's no mix.

It's just a rather sloppy information page in that case, it's completely computer animated. No live action involved.
