A picture where she's wearing a bracelet we know Miley has and without any sign of odd pixels when magnifying would suggest they're real yes. In themselves the pics wouldn't really be that big of a problem, the fact that it's again that will give the media ammo.

Miley isn't doing anything, those pics were not for our eyes. My concern with this whole thing is not about the pictures, its about the fact there is someone close to Miley who is trying to ruin her life. The way I look at it is that there is someone out there trying to ruin Miley and by bashing her we're giving them what they want. Also Miley appears to be too trusting which is going to be a problem for her in this business.
I only hope that Mystery Man is not her boyfriend, and if he is I pray that he wasn't the one to to release the pics because it would probably crush Miley.

But her mom and her dad are the only ones who deserve an explanation. Like it or not this is not any of our business, at least it really shouldn't be.

I'm guessing he put them on his myspace/facebook and thought it would all be fine if only his friends saw them (becasue of course he wanted his friends to see him with miley and blah blah blah) and then one of his friends sent them to more people and they ended up getting out. Not miley's fault.

I feel bad for her, she must be freaking out right now.
