My mom wuld kill me if she knew I was up, but I got an idea, and I was afraid I'd lose it if I went to sleep

One girl, one guitar, one dream. Haley Kinlen is an 18 year old girl with a heavy heart. With her loving parents dead, she has to try to live on her own. No house, only one friend, her guitar, and her dignity. She will sit on the sidewalks all day, playing her guitar. One day, an unexpected suprise walks by. Joe Jonas. The boy that inspired her. He thinks shes got talent. And thinks she beautiful, Will he help her live out her dream, and become what they should be, or will he leave her hanging after all?

PS she lives with her firned most of the time, if she can, but she travels around the neighborhood all the time, and whenever shes near, she goes there.

Haley ran down the street. She didn't care where she was going, as long as it was far away from her house. She was crying hystarically(sp?), and didn't know what to do. She had just found out that both her mother and her father, had died a day before. Most of the time, if her parents for out, for more the 24 hours, they had gotten called on an Emergancy Buisness Trip. She was so frusterated. Even though she wasn't there, she kept on seeing their deaths. Over and Over again. She kept thinking it was painful, even though, she knew it wasn't. She sat down, with her guitar, and started to play. 'I Miss You, I Miss your smile, and I still shead a tear, Every once in a while', then she stopped. She felt a hand grab her shoulder, and she jumped, and turned to see her friend, Mandy White.(If that is Ok, Mandy) Haley stood up, and turned to her friend. "I heard," Mandy said, sympathetically(sp?). Haley hugged her, and we pulled apart. "You need a place to stay?" she asked. Haley nodded, and followed her friend to her house.

"I haven't been in your house in so long!" said Haley. "You were just here yesterday!" Mandy said, loudly. "Oh! Well, It looks so diffrent!" Haley said, climbing up the stairs. As she was reffering to the brand-new furniture in Mandy's house. Haley sighed as her and Mandy entered Mandy's room. Haley looked up at the many JB posters in Mandy's wall. Haley sighed, deeply. "Why can't my life be more like theirs!" she said, suddenly. "What do you mean by 'like theirs'?" Mandy asked, sitting next to me. "I mean, Miss Mandy, that why can't my life be free-spirited, happy, fun? The best thing in my life right now, is that you are still alive!" Haley said, looking at one particular picture, up on the wall. It looked something like this:

It was a small picture, because this one was printed, only from a computer. "Oh, now, don't say that! How do you know their life is like that?" Mandy asked. Haley sighed, once again. How she wished she could be famous.
