INTRO:
Why do I always have to be one of those girls. Who are "those girls" you ask? Well, "those girls" are your typical in-love-with-your-best-friend-even-though-he-doesn't-know-how-you-feel types, you know, the ones you see in the movies falling for their hot guy friend. It's exactly how my life is. I'd never thought I'd end up liking Nick Jonas. I always thought of him as a brother. That all changed when we turned 10. I fell in love with him after he hugged me during my 10th birthday. I, being Taylor Harris, the 15 year old popular brainiac. I made straight As until this year. When my grades dropped dramatically because of Nick. Now I know, I'm actually, truly, madly in love with him.

CHAPTER 1: I won't say i'm in love!

"Ok on the count of three, we hang up, ready? One, two, three!" Taylor Harris said as she was talking on the phone to her best friend, Nick Jonas. "Taylor, we do this all the time, you know we actually never hang up until our parents yell at us to get off the phone." Nick told Taylor. "I know, it's pointless doing the, 'you hang up first' thing if you're just going to hang up like, 12 hours after you say that." Taylor replied sarcastically. Nick chuckled a little bit after he heard that. "Soooo, Taylor, who do you like??" Nick asked. Taylor was shocked, she didn't want to tell Nick. No, it's not because Nick was a blabbermouth, it was because Nick was the guy she had a crush on. "Um, Nonya Biz." She replied. "Come on, tell me, you know you want too." Nick said teasingly. "Nick, I don't want to tell you!" She explained. "Ok fine, but I won't tell you who I like...." Nick said. "TELL ME, TELL ME NOW!" Taylor yelled. "Ok fine, I like a girl who is 15, about 5'4, and her name has a l in it." He replied mysteriously. "Gahh give me another hint tomorrow, I'll give you my hints tomorrow ok, cuz I really gotta go." Taylor said. "Ok byeee!" Nick replied.

CHAPTER 2: Taken by surprise

The next day, Nick came over to Taylor's house to give her more hints about his crush. "Ok, here's another hint, She's very pretty and her name has a y in it." He said with a smile. "Ok, My hint is, the dude I like is the same age as Me and his name has a c in it." Taylor said mysteriously. "Hmmm, there's many guys at our school that have c's in their names." Nick said. "Yupp, that's why you'll never guess." She said teasingly. Nick ventured off to Taylor's room while Taylor found a movie to bring upstairs to watch. Nick took a look at her diary for a moment. He knew being nosy would get him in a bad ammount of trouble, but he just had to know who Taylor liked. He flipped to page 29, she wrote an entry about her latest crush. The entry said, "Dear Diary, My latest crush is..." "I found a movie!" Taylor interrupted him in mid-read. "Ok great! Put it in!" He said. Taylor put in the movie 'Just my luck.' It was one of her favorite movies. 45 minutes later he went to the bathroom and he opened her diary and read the last part he was wanting to know... Who Taylor liked, after he read that, he grinned and danced around. Taylor heard him singing "Oh yeah, Oh yeah, oh yeah!" She knocked on the bathroom door. "Uh Nick, can I come in??" She asked. "Uhh sure Taylor." Nick yelled. Taylor opened the door. "Come on, you're missing the movie." She said. "Ok. I'm coming." Nick said as he followed her out. another 45 minutes passed and the movie came to an end. Taylor's head was on Nick's shoulder. Taylor moved her head and sat up. "Hey Taylor, Can I tell you something??" Nick asked. "Uh sure.. i guess you can......" Taylor was cut off when Nick kissed her on the lips....

CHAPTER 3: More than friends??

Taylor stopped kissing Nick after 3 minutes. She smiled at him and looked at him. "What was that for????" She asked. "I you deserved it. Remember when I asked for girl advice, I owed you because well, you're the girl." He smiled and hugged her tightly. They finally stopped hugging when they were interrupted by Joe bursting through the door. "Why were you guys hugging??" Joe asked weirdly. "Uh, Taylor was choking on a piece of popcorn, so I did the heimlick maneuver in the friendly way." Nick lied. Nick looked at Taylor for backup. "Uh, yeah, I was choking!" Taylor was always bad at lying. "Something is up, and I'm gonna get to the truth out of you 2 somehow and I'm gonna do it now!" Joe walked to his room and grabbed his mini lie detector. "Alright, this test will determine what is the truth." Joe told them. Joe strapped Nick with the lie detector equipment. "Alright, Nick, are you and Taylor more than friends??" Joe asked. "Uhhhh, noooo." Nick hesitated. "The lie detector says that is totally false." Joe said. "Alright fine, you caught us hugging. Me and Taylor are going out now. You happy?" Nick asked his brother. "Happy? I'm excited for you guys!" Joe smiled and group hugged Taylor and Nick.
