"Hey Nick!" Mandy called from across the hall. "Hey Mandy!" Nick called back. He ran up to Mandy anxiously(sp?). "What did you get?" He asked. "A!" Mandy replied, satisfactully. "Ha! As Usual! Me too!" He said, and they walked to lunch. As they were walking, they met up with their friend, Melissa. Then, Mandy bumped into someone, and they both fell down. "Oh! I am so.....NOT sorry!" she said, once she saw it was her ex-boyfriend, that was totally jealous, because he wanted her back. "Mandy, I'm really sorry about what-" Mandy interrupted him, after she got up, saying, "Talk to the hand, 'Cuz the face ain't listenin" And she put stomped her foot, and put her hand in his face, and walked away, leaving her friends to catch up with her.

"Mands! Mands. Slow down!" Nick said, running after her. Mandy sighed and stopped. "Finally!" Nick and Melissa said in unison. 'Whatever!" Mandy said, slightly mad. "Mands! He not worth it! Just forget about him!" Melissa said. "I'll try, are you guys still spending the night?" Mandy said, happier. "Duh!" Melissa said. "Great!" Mandy said, giving Nick and Melissa a hug. "Bye!" They both said. "Bye!" Mandy said, walking away.

"Coming!" Mandy said, running downstairs, in her PJs. She opened the door, and saw Nick standing there. She practically melted. "Nick! Come In!" she said. He walked in, and sat on the couch. Mandy walked over, and sat down next to him. She turned her face to face him, and said, "Where is Melissa?" "Oh! She is coming!" Nick said, smiling. "Ooo, Mandy has a boyfriend!" Justin, my brotehr, said, coming down the stairs. "Go away, you little brat!" Mandy said, throwing a designer pillow at him. "Why should I?" he asked. She threw another pillow at him, and he ran back upstairs. DING DONG.
"Melissa. come in!" Mandy called, Melissa cam in, and sat down. She saw that Mandy's face was red. "The little brat?" Melissa asked. Mandy just nodded her head, and all 3 of them could hear Justin laughing hard above them. Mandy's face got redder, and said, "Anyone wanna watch a movie?" Melissa and Nick nodded, and they picked out a movie. Mandy made some kettle Popcorn, and came over to sit down. She sat next to Nick, and by the time the movie was over, her head was on his chest, and she was fast asleep. Nick didn't want to wake her, so he stayed there. Soon he fell asleep too. Melissa, found them in the moring like that, but decided to leave them there, because she knew that Mandy liked Nick, and Nick liked Mandy.

Nick woke up to see Mandy underneath him. He smiled, and asked Melissa, "How long have we been asleep?" "Well, about 3 hours since I woke up!" Melissa said, which made Mandy wake up. "Good Morning!" Nick said, looking downward. "Wha-" "You fell asleep on my chest, and I didn't want to wake you, so I stayed, then fell asleep!" Nick explained. "Oh!" Mandy said, sitting up. She yawned and stretched. Then she got up. Nick followed her, and they walked into the kitchen. Mandy hugged Melissa a good morning hug, followed by Nick. They sat down across from each other. Mandy grabbed some cereal, and milk. she made a bowl, and passed it to Nick, who, once he was done, passed it to Melissa.

Once they were done with breakfast, Melissa said that she 'had' to go home. The truth was, she wanted to leave them alone. Once she left, Mandy and Nick went outside, and walked over to the swing. They sat down, and stayed there in an akward silence. Nick spoke up, saying, "So, about this morning, I-" Mandy cut him off. "Nick, it is OK," He smiled at her, and looked around. Mandy smiled back, and looked at her feet. "You wanna go get somethin' to eat?" He asked, seeing it was lunch time. "Sure!" Mandy said. They got up and left.



CHAPTER 6
Once they got to the resturant, Red Lobster, they walked over, and sat down. A waitress, about in her 40's, came up to them, and asked, "May I help you?" "Yeah! I would like the lobster and the calamari!" Mandy said, happy they came to her favorite resturant. "I'll have they same," Nick said. The waitress nodded, and walked away. Just before Nick got a chance to talk, she came back. "What would you like to drink?" she asked. "I'll have the Sunset Strawberry Smoothie!" Mandy said. "I'll have a coke," Nick said. The waitress wrote it down on a slip of paper, and spun around. She headed off to the kitchen. Just then nick realized something. "Mands, I forgot something," He said, looking around at all the people staring at him. "What?" She said, aloud. "My disguise!" He yell-whispered. Mandy stared at him. "Run!" he yelled, and they got up, and took off. Out of the door, Down the street, and Around the Corner. They ran into Mandy's house, panting heavily. Nick shut the door, and locked it. He walked over to the couch, and Mandy followed him. She turned on the TV. "Ooo! Dora!" Nick said, like a 5-year-old. Mandy rolled her eyes, and groaned. "Do we HAVE to watch Dora?" Mandy asked, over-exasterating the 'have'. "Yes!" Nick answered, and Mandy rolled her eyes again, and grunted.

CHAPTER 7
Once Dora was over, they sat in an akward silence. 'I have to tell her!' Nick's mind screamed, and he couldn't take it any longer. "Mandy, I have to tell you something," Nick said, breathing in. "What is it?" Mandy asked, confused. Nick sighed, and said, "I like you!" very slowly. Mandy's eyes gleamed at this, and she hugged him. When they pulled apart, Mandy said, "I like you, too!" Nick then, slowly, moved in, and kissed her. When they pulled apart, a tear trickled down Mandy's cheek. Nick wiped it away, and asked, "Will you be my girlfriend?" Mandy nodded, and kissed him again. "Yes," she replied, and another tear fell.

Soon enough, Joe called Nick, right after Mandy told him she would go out with him. Mandy could only hear Nick. "Hello?...Joe!...But,...Fine! Bye!" Nick yelled, and hung up. "What did he want?" Mandy asked. "I have to go to the studio!" Nick replied, a bit frusterated. He sighed, and got up from the couch. Mandy did the same, and they walked over to the door together. Nick smiled, and gave Mandy a quick kiss good-bye, and left. Mandy closed the door slowly behind him, and walked into the kitchen. She picked up her phone, and saw she had a text, and it read:
'Aww, come on Mands! Forgive Me!' Of course, it was from Jason.
'No! I will never forgive you! You abused me and cheated on me! You are a horrible person!' She replied, and put her phone down. She sighed, once it rang again. She picked it up, and it read:
'Fine! But let me tell you something, Mandy Haler, you will regret saying that to me! I'm gonna hurt you, even if that means putting you up in flames!'
Mandy put her phone down, once she read. She buried her face in her hands, and cried softly. She picked up her phone, holding back the tears, long enough to call Nick.

It rang, and rang, and rang, and finally Nick picked up the phone. "Hello?" He said. Mandy started bursting into tears. "Mands, are you OK, what happened?" He asked, now concerned. "He, he is gonna...hurt me....and try to kill me!" She said, muffled between the tears, and gasps of short breath. "Sshh, sshh, it's OK, I am coming over right now," He said, and Mandy calmed a bit to those soothing words. He hung up, as well did she. Nick hurried over, and when he got there, he burst through the door. Mandy was lying on the couch, and Nick came over, and sat down, next to her shaking body. Nick rubbed her back softly, and Mandy sat up. She kissed Nick softly on the lips for a quick second or two. Then showed him her phone. He read the messages, and hugged her. Then, Mandy's phone rang. Text. She looked at the text, and started crying again, and banged her head into a pillow, and sopke, "Read" Through the pillow which made it more muffles than the teears did. He read, and couldn't believe what he saw...
