Mandy knew her before she got famous. Mandy was a backup dancer for Miley since the pilot episode of Hannah. Miley has lots of friends but they are all either in Tennessee or other Disney people with their own stuff to do. Mandy is a co-worker, sort of, and has somewhat the same schedule as Miley. Looks like they got closer on the tour.

I don't think it is easy for Miley to make new friends that her parents would trust. Do they want to be Miley's friends or just like hanging with a star?

No Mandy lives with a roomate. It's hard for a celebrity to trust people and Mandy is one of the people she can easily trust.

Mandy doesn't have to go to school so it's just someone she can hang around with when she wants. Nothing really strange about the age difference, if Miley was 20 and Mandy 25 no one would even be mentioning it. So I don't blame her for becoming close with any of them. Also, When you're famous its hard to find people who love you for who you are, not what you do.

I think Mandy is a good influence because what you mentioned - the fact that she's of age but doesn't go clubbing or partying. Also like you said, she's just enjoying her adolescence once again and there's nothing wrong with that. If anything, Mandy keeps her grounded and out of trouble and vice versa. Think about it..instead of Mandy going out to the clubs && Miley doing who knows what.. they sit at eachothers houses and make/watch movies & just hangout and have fun. Basically, they are a good influence on eachother lol & I love that about them.

She might not like the party scene that much but that is what friends her age generally like to do so Mandy probably does that with her own-age friends. She might just prefer hanging out with Miley. A couple of sexy pictures say very little about her personality and morality.

those were headshots/modeling phots she nearly 21 a lot of people her age take photos like that and it wasn't sexual. we get it you hate mandy but miley obviously likes her and was on tour with her for 2 years so she probably knows mandy better than you do and can pick her own friends it her life
