Have I Improved?...the 3rd

OK, this is the third time I want to know if you guys think I've improved. I make nearly all my graphics of Paint, somewhat use of blibs, and occasionally Microsoft Word. The Selena blend is my very first one, and the few blends below are the latest that I made over the weekend.

actually the first one look kinda like the last one . like you were ok at making blends then you got good then you went down byut still better then the first . like you put it in the wrong order . the second one is GREAT!

Thank you so so much! Yes, I still use Paint, except for the Miley blend(below), I colored it and sharpened it on Blibs. But I did all the text, and the blending on Paint.
