its about the houston rodeo and it is HILLARIOUS!!!!!

MY question is why is mandy there? like in her hotel room and everything? like if all the dancers went why is she just hanging with mandy and if only mandy went then lucky her . i thought she was more of friend with the darker looking girl the fake hannah , cuz they had been hanging alot and seen them in pics and i had never heard of mandy but apparently mandy is her new bff.

mandy is mileys best friend..she even says that in the videos
mileys friends with the other dancers too though, but its more of a sleepover type thing for them both i guess

Yes!! I love these videos sooo much! Miley is just being herself in all of them and that makes me love them even more..I watched all of them atleast 3 times.Best youtube vidoes ever!

Mandy and Miley got really close during the tour and according to Miley, Mandy is her best friend in the world and she receantly told an interviewer that Mandy is over practically every night. They probably were having a sleepover in her hotel room.

That was the best one yet. Miley's hair looked amazing, I'm so glad it's not black anymore. What did David(the hair dresser) say when he grabbed Miley around the neck? "This is my banana crack?" That's what I heard.

I watched it many times all of them.
And Mandy is her best friend, and I love her too. =]
Mandy was there because they performed there in Houston Rodeo, Mandy is Miley's backup dancer, she danced while Miley was singing, they say in the video "Mandy danced great" Miley says or something like it. =P
