Scarelett Johancen(I screwed up the spelling majorly) was number 1. People who fill up the top ten, Jessica Biel, Natalie Portman, Kira Knightly(sp?), Ellen Page, Risario Dawson, and others who I'm forgeting but its understandable why Miley's not in the top 10 if you look at the names that are. If Miley can stay on the right track I can see her being in the top 10 in a couple more years.

Ellen Page has been around for awhile, she just doesn't like doing mainstream projects, even Juno isn't considered to be a mainstream movie. Ellen was in the X man movie though.
There are a lot of people on that list that I've never heard of and then someone like Emma Watson in at the very bottom of the list at like 28 or 29. I think its 29 because I know Blake Lively was #30.
Also I remember another person who was in the top ten, that girl from ugly betty.
