OMG!! I just found out that Miley could be hiding that she is going out with Jesse McCartney! The word is that fans saw her hanging around her house with Jesse McCartney! Personly I like them both so if she is I wonder if she will make a song about him like she did Nick Jonas with the song *See you again* can't wait to find out.

no. he's twenty, she's fifteen. it's illegal if you're younger than eighteen to date someone older than eighteen. (if i understand correctly, though that may be wrong) her dad wouldn't let her date someone five years older than her. sure, if you get married, you can be five years apart, but not at such a young age. my parents are eight years apart. they're just good friends cuz they shot that eppy together.

It is not illegal unless they are sleeping together. A 20 year old can date a 15 year old, but a 20 year old can not have sex with a 15 year old without risking an arrest for rape(even if its consentual).
