Miley is Forbidden From Hanging Out with Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan reportedly ran into Disney tween star Miley Cyrus at a pre-Grammy party, and gave Miley her cell phone number along with instructions to call so that they could hag out and create some nice photo ops for LiLo. Lindsay loves poses for the paparazzi, and who better to be photographed with than one of the hottest teen sensations? But Miley's father, Billy Ray Cyrus, put the kabash on the starlet's plans, telling his daughter in no uncertain terms that she was not permitted to call or even consider hanging out with Lohan.

According to the National Enquirer:Miley Cyrus gushed like a girly-fan when 21 year-old Rehab Queen Lindsay Lohan… rushed up to her at a pre-Grammy party and raved she’s a huge fan and, like, here’s my cell phone number, and like let’s hang out, ok? But when excited Miley told her folks LiLo wants to be NBFF’s, dad Billy Ray Cyrus… thundered “No way! Lose that gal’s phone number now!”

Billy Ray warned his [daughter] he absolutely will not tolerate socializing or “hanging out” with man-crazy party queen Lindsay, and… told Miley “I forbid it!”
Lohan, once a respectable Disney girl herself, has been to rehab three times, and became known as a partier and a pain to work with. These days, instead of being known for her movies, she gets publicity through nude photos and bad behavior.
Miley, star of Disney's "Hannah Montana", has a successful singing and acting career. The worst she has yet to encounter were some mildy racy photos stolen from her MySpace account.

What Lindsay needs is good people in her life. Miley is a good person. I do understand why her dad would not allow it.

Seems like a load of bull to me. No offense, but I think Billy Ray would do almost anything to get Miley press, because in turn he gets a little bit..and hanging out with LL will do that for you.

agreed. I have no problem with Miley hanging out with Jamie Lynn but Lindsay is another story. If this is true I fully understand it and support it. plus her dad as been through all of this before himself so he probably knows what hes talking about.

I don't really believe that story. But if it's true, it's a pretty grey area. Part of being a good person is reaching out to those who are clearly in need, but Billy Ray's also a father, and a big part of that is protecting your kid. And not from bad press of trivial stuff like that. But from harmful influences, but then again, another part is trust, but then again, see, grey area. I don't think it's true though.

That's an awesome interview. Billy Ray is awesome. I really don't think they would turn Lindsey away. I don't think they'd let Miley hang out with her alone, but I don't think they'd turn Lindsey away. There's a line. I love how protective Ryan gets. I love Seacrest. Ha, Billy Ray's a total pushover. I don't see why you are are not believing the source. The Cleveland Leader has been around since 1917, has the largest newspaper circulation in Ohio, and is one of the top 20 newspapers in the United States. Seems like a pretty credible source to me.

The Cleveland Leader are not the ones I don't trust, I don't trust the National Enquirer and that was the orginal source.

i think them saying it themselves is a little more trusting then a newspaper

If it's true I understand his concern.. Lindsay is 5 years older than Miley. They shouldn't be hanging out especially with Lindsay's rep. Maybe occasionally, but during the day somewhere mild where they can just chill. Nothing too wild. Miley needs to stay aware that people are watching. They're waiting for her to trip up.
