No,you dont have to have a ticket to go to the raffle.It it always outside of where the concerts are.

NO! I KNOW FOR SURE!!!!! you DONT need tickets for the mw party! its for all mw members, and i even emailed mileyworld support to ask them. they said this:

Of course you can come to the pre-party! Yes, bring your card and you can enter all the awesome contests!!!

they said it like a ,million times. you cant enter the raffle.
but YEAH!!! you can go partyying at the pre partyy and stuff and see the bus and take pictures.
but no meet and greets unless you have your mw card

unless the bus is inside you can still go to the party but probably if you win like meet and greet or something you probably be disqualified or something. they don't check you tickets or anything when you get a raffle ticket.

ok so:

YES. you CAN go to the raffle if you don't have concert tickets.

EVERYONE at the raffle gets a raffle ticket. it DOESNT MATTER IF YOURE A MILEYWORLD MEMEBER. mileyworld cards only get you EXTRA tickets (idk where people get the idea that its only for members)

the only catch is you have to have concert tickets if you win backstage passes ;)
