Can anyone give me a Proboards tutorial?

Hey - I'm thinking of creating my own forum on Proboards. I know how to do all the basics of course, but I need a tutorial on how to create new categories, change the set/banner, all kinds of stuff like that. I really have no idea. If anyone else has made their own forum, I'd be really happy for your help! Thanks!
