another coloring tutorial. [without selective coloring]

Here is what we will be starting out with:

001. Make a new Curves layer and set it to this:
RGB: 142, 174
Red: 97, 93
Green: 59, 55
Blue: 80, 89

002. Make a new Color Fill layer and set it to exclusion 100%, #140110.

003. Make a new Color Balance layer and set it to [PL checked]:
Midtones: -17, -4, -7
Shadows: +10, +6, -6
Highlights: -8, -13, -7

004. Make a new Color Fill layer and set it to exclusion 100%, #00010B.

RGB: 27, 1.10, 229

Blue: 19, 1.10, 244
