How od I make an Emily Osment poll?

Okay so I know that you make a poll, and ask something relating to Emily, but how do I make a poll? I'm sorry but I'm new to this, someone please help me!

well, when you're making a thread, at the bottom there's a box that you have to check that says somehting like "I'd like to add a poll with this thread" and that's how you do it ;)
