learn how to make this (http://i4.tinypic.com/8b4r8k8.png) with psp in only four steps
1/open up your image and crop it to the size that you want
2/go to layers>new adjustment layer>curves and do the following settings for each thing(make sure you make a new point, don't just enter the stuff in)
RGB
Input: 130
Output: 155
Red
Input: 154
Output 182
Green
Input: 83
Output: 123
Blue(first point)
Input: 110
Output: 160
now make another point in blue and do this settings:
Input: 39
Output: 120
3/Go to layers>new adjustment layer>hue/saturation/lightness and use these settings:
Hue: 5
Saturation: 45
Lightness: 0
4/Merge all your layers and then you're done! Hope this helped :]]
