ok wellz i made a some tuts for other sites and i thought i share them here
so i use gimp 2.2 but these tuts should be convertable

-Open you picture
-Duplicate it
-Select the copy if you pic then
-Go to ‘TOOLS’ then ‘COLOR TOOLS’ then ‘HUE-SATURATION' and type in these settings

--Reds:
Saturation-45

--Yellows:
Saturation-34

--Green:
Saturation-34

--Cyan:
Lightness-7
Saturation-25

--Blue:
Lightness-17
Saturation-22

--Magenta:
Lightness-64
Saturation-56

Duplicate the original pic again, go to ‘FILTERS' then 'COLORS' then ‘CHANNEL MIXERS

And put in these settings:

reds:
red: 160
green: -100
blue: 40

greens:
red: 40
green: 80
blue: -30

blues:
red: -60
green: 110
blue: 80
then put the channel mixered layer on OVERLAY 100%
then merge you levels and
TADAH yewr done your final project shold look something

this is really easy so here you go

-Open your picture
-Make a new color fill layer with ‘2e3763’ and set it to ‘screen’ at 100%
-Then make another color fill layer ‘7dcbf5’ and set it to ‘burn’ at 100%
-Then make another color fill layer ‘fdd7d7’ set it to burn and duplicate it
-Than duplicate your base twice, drag them both to the top,
-set the first one on ‘overlay’
-then the top on ‘darken only’
-Then go to image-flatten image,

then add text/ brushes ect. save it and vwa-la

this is another really easy one (and
will work with almost any program)


-open your pictur
-make a new layer w/ "f7a6a6" and set it to "over lay" 50% opacity
-make another layer w/ "7dcbf5" and set it to "burn" 100% opacity
-make another layer "e8e8e8" set it to "softlight" 55% opacity
-now duplicate the base (ur original image) and set it to "Saturation" 100% opacity
-add text, brushes wat eva and save it

Open ur pic.
Duplicate your base pic and set the top layer to screen50%
Merge ur layers together
Duplicate ur layer again and set the top one to multiply 100%
Merge together
Make a new fill layer with 002c58 and set it to screen 85%
Duplicate the base image set it to lighten only
Go to image-flatten image
And save…yeah ur done…

Ok well this was done 4 photoshop by mileycyrusisluv and she was the one who has the textures so yeah credit her

(i lost the original blend and i 4get the coloring i used but the pix i used were

w/o shadow (http://i27.tinypic.com/jv2mhv.jpg)|w/shadow (http://i28.tinypic.com/25040n9.jpg)

-Ok take ur blend and play with coloring/other effectsand flatten it
-now take ur texture(must be black and white) some here (http://www.mymostwanted.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66046)
-Paste it as a new layer on ur blend
-Now go to layer-trancparency-color to alpha
-Set the color to alpha color picker to black (000000)
-Press ok
-Now place it where u wan on ur blend
-Now press ctrl L right click on the texture and press alpha to selection
-select ur base blend and right click on the picture andpress cut
-now go to back to ur layers menu, select the texture layer and delete the layer

OPTIONAL(add shadow)
-cut the shaped blend and past it as a new layer on a bigger blank page
-delete the white layer behind it
-press ctrl L right click on the shaped blend and press alpha to selection
-go to script fu-shadow-Xach.effect and press ok
-delete the highlight layer and drag the shaped blend to the top and save it
---note save it as a PNG image
(if u save it as jpeg or anything else it wont turnout right trust me)

-press ctrl L and duplicate ur image
-go to Filters-colors-Channel Mixers and put in these settings
RED:
red:125.7
green:-12.4
blue:-37.2

BLUE:
red:15.9
green:-26.5
blue:122.1

-make a new color fill ayer with dcfeff and set it to burn 100%
-make another color fill layer with fff3ec set it to burn 100% and duplicate it
-make another color fill layer with 492e63 set ut to screen 100%
-duplicate ur BASE IMAGE drag it to the top and set it to value 100%
-save and vwala

ok new coloring

-open ur pic
-go to filters-blur-gaussian blur and set the horizontal AND vertical to 1.0 (if u set 1 it should change both)
-now past this (http://i28.tinypic.com/33op3md.png)gradient onto the pic and resize it so its bigger than the pic
-set it to multiply at 100%
-make a new color fill layer with 001388 set it to addition at 45%
-now past this (http://i28.tinypic.com/w7kfgl.png) gradient on top of ur pic and resize it (same as b4) and set it to multiply 100%
-npw duplicate ur base image, drag it to the top, and go to filters-enhance-sharpen bump the sharpness up to 39
-duplicate that layer
-set the first one to darken only 100% and the top to overlay 100%

(if its too dark duplicate the base put it right over the base and set it to screen)

OPTIONAL
ok this part makes it look really cool

-set the forground AND backround color to fea922
-make a new tranceparent layer
-now click the airbrush icon, select the brush circle fuzzy (13)
-scribble all over the trancparent layer (make gaps but yeah scribble)
-press ctrl L and press Alpha to selection
-go to sript fu-shadow-Xach Effect press ok
-delete the highlight layer
-now click the lasso tool make sure analize and fether edges are on and set the radius to 35.0
-lasso around the main part of the picture (the people, or whatever else is sposed to be the main part)
-cut out that part.
-now click ctrl L and set that layer to Value

ok first

-Open your image
- go to filters-colors-channel mixers and put in these settings
red:
Red~ 139.8
Green~ -47.8
Blue~ 12.4

Leave the green alone

blue
Red~ 51.3
Green~ -86.7
Blue~ 133.3

-Ok now take the lasso tool and lasso around their lips.
-Right click and press copy then press paste and make it a new layer
-press the bucket tool and fill the lips layer with ef6b93 and set that layer tocolor
-merge together
-make a new color fill layer with 2e3763 and set it to screen
-make another new layer with aed9f9 and set it toburn
-make another layer with cfffcd and set it to burn
-duplicate your base image and set it to screen
