1. yougo into a forem and at the top it will say new thread and you cick on it and then mke it.
2.you go to the top of the page and were it says userCP in the pink bar you go into that then it will say something about avitars and you click on that and then you go to brows and if you have any hannah montana pics. saved in your picture folder you click on it then ok then you will figure the rest out trust me
