DOn;t know why I called it the distressed pony, it just came to mind! Its easy-peasy and quick! Works best on pics with a lot on reds and browns.

1. Open your document
2. set it up any way you'd like
3. AMke a new selective coloring layer
4. Enter this info
Reds Yellows
C +100 C +100
M +32 M +20
Y +30 Y -26
B -29 B +33
Magentas Neutrals Blacks
C +100 C +13 C +100
M -73 M +29 M +23
Y +100 Y +16 Y +15
B +36 B -17 B -10
And you are done!
