Fancy Fancy Wallpaper tut

Here is my secret of wallpaper making :D Enjoy

1. Make a wallpaper size (1024x768) and scrool it up to 50.

2. Take any picture, but i chose this one. (http://umileysource.com/displayimage.php?album=43&pos=1)

3. Make a new layer and fill it with #C80055

4. Take the picture and paste it, then move it to the corner. Keep Duplicating and moving the pic until the page is filled up (you may resize or tilt it if u want to). Keep pressing Ctrl+E till you reach the base pic, then set it to 44% opacity. .::. (http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q127/AllisonTame/wall1.jpg)

5. Now, the fun part. Take at least 7 or 8 textures (http://www.swimchick.net/visitors/textures/newtextures.php), and set it to whatever looks best (maybe lower the opacity if you like.) And when you're done, top it off with this (http://swimchick.net/visitors/textures/texturex26.png) texture and set it on either Lighten or Screen. .::. 6. Now, for the moment of truth, take the SAME picture you used and paste it. Now, take the lasso tool and set the feather to 50 px. Make a wavy circle around Hannah. When you're done, go to Select>> Invert and press Delete 2 times. .::. (http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q127/AllisonTame/wall3.jpg)

7. Now, add some coloring.

8. This step is kinda tricky. Take the magic wand tool and then go to the layer where the picture is, then click the backround, then go through the coloring and click delete. If some parts look funny, feel free to use the eraser. (IT IS OPTIONAL, SO FEEL FREE TO SKIP THIS STEP IF ITS TOO HARD)

9. Now merge it, add text and brushes and you are done!

The Coloring Is Kinda Blah-ish, But I Still Like How It Turned Out =)
