This is my first tutorial and this is an original tutorial made by me. Comments would be appreciated.
Okay, here's waht we're going to make..
from this:

1. Open your picture. Press Ctrl+Shift+D to Duplicate LAYER.
2. Once duplicated, open the layers dialog by pressing Ctrl+L.
3. Change the mode of the BACKGROUND COPY to Soft Light.

4. Go to Colors, then go to color balance then type these in:
shadows:
20
30
30
midtones:
40
50
50
highlights:
0
50
50
5. Next, Colors>Hue-Saturation then put these in.
MASTER-Saturation: 10
Red-Saturation: 10
Yellow-Saturation: 10
Green-Saturation: 10
Cyan-Saturation: 10
Blue-Saturation: 10
Magenta-Saturation: 10
Click ok.
6. merge down the background copy like this:

7. then go to filter pack and follow these options.

8. Click Hue. The Hue Variations window will appear. click all of the colors ONCE.
9. Click Value, then click LIGHTER once.
Click ok.
Our last important step:
Go to Channel Mixer:

then put these in.
reds
red: 160
green: -100
blue: 20
greens
red: 0
green:100
blue: 0
blues
red:0
green: 0
blue: 100
and you're done!!!
NOTE: sometimes, this coloring doen't work well with other images, so don't be afraid to try other stuff, play around with your channel mixer, filter pack, color balance, or whatsoever..
