okayy i was in the same situation for a while its kinda difficult and then you have to find someone you are happy with too so just keep looking in like the phonebook and onine and soon you will find luck if you dont happen to then start looking in towns near yours.

I know a place that's not an agency, but can get you some great pictures..
It's 'Glamour Shots';
Try going around holidays, they usually have discounts.

EDIT; Hair & Makeup comes with the package.
They tell you to being your own clothes.. but they have some with them just incase you like them more.
