THE RULES
1 Credit me in your signature. Something like "Made by CyrusFan4Life Or Anna" will work.
2 Use for at least 3 days.
3 Pictures MUST be from a photo gallery. They cannot be uploaded onto photobucket or another hosting site.
4 HQ pictures required. I will not take anything less.
5 Only one request at a time.
6 Where it says "Miley Cyrus Is:" put "Awesome" xD
