Welcome to Kelsie & Lauren's Fashion Contest.

[[How it works]]
So basically you'll get a task. It will look something like this:
Your going to a formal party, design an outfit for this event.
Your budget is $500.
You must include 3 pieces of jewellery.
You must include hair & makeup. [No cost]
You must then assign a celebrity to your outfit.

You must have at least 1 peice of jewellry.
If your pictures are put together some how.. doesnt have to be expert photoshopping something scrappy yet seeable is suitable.
