I like Vanessa's better. The tights make it look more appropriate, plus, her's is a teeny bit shorter than Miley's. I like her color better. Miley's makeup just looks emoish to me for some reason.

Vanessa looks better and the color really brings out her eyes. but one miley...wow she looks like shes tired and has too much makeup on..dont get me wrong i love miley but i'd just have to say vanessa on this one.
