By that do you mean Avatar (little pic next to your user name), or Signature(larger pic(s) that appear at the end of all your posts? If you want help, PM(private message) me, and I'll let you know what to do.

If you're having trouble for the avatar open the pic you want with Microsoft Picture Manager (I.E. If it's not animated) and click on re-size. Select custom size and set it to 100x100 and click ok. If you want you can save it as another name so that you don't lose the original pic's size.
